Our Policy
If something isn't quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. We want you in a set that fits your shift — not one that sits unworn.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging intact. Worn, washed, or damaged pieces cannot be accepted.
Size and color exchanges are available on our current scrub sets, subject to stock. Final-sale items (if marked) and any worn pieces are non-returnable.
How It Works
Contact Us
Message us on WhatsApp or email within the return window with your order number and whether you need an exchange or refund.
Send It Back
We'll arrange pickup — once your return is approved, our courier will collect the parcel from your address.
Get Your Exchange/Refund
After we receive and inspect the item, exchanges ship out as soon as stock allows. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account details you provide.
